I recommend longer therapy sessions to go deeper in our therapeutic work and make more progress more quickly. Longer sessions allow us to do more than just talk therapy and have time for the deeper embodied play such as Sandtray, Altar Work or Dream Work. I accept Cash and Zelle (Please use my phone # for Zelle payments) for a 5% discount of $13 or Credit Card, Venmo and Paypal methods of payment with a 5% $13 processing fee.​

I have a 24 hour cancellation policy and charge the full cost of the appointment for less than 24 hours notice which is standard in my industry.

I require a credit card authorization form signed ahead of time in order to hold the day and time of our appointment along with credit card info at least 24 hours before or at our initial apt. However, you may choose to pay via cash or zelle to save 5% or a $13 processing fee respectively.

I do not accept insurance at this time. I offer alternative modalities such as Sex Therapy, Somatic Therapy, Inherited Family Trauma Healing, Adult Play Therapy like Sand Tray or Altar Work, Embodied Dream Work, Expressive Art Therapy, Archetypal Astrology, Spiritual Therapy and Coaching. These modalities are more effective for healing than just Talk Therapy and work more quickly than traditional therapy. Therapy with me is an intensive commitment to personal growth and healing for a limited amount of time, 3-9 months or a year, rather than for the rest of your life, which is what many therapists encourage. I don't want you to become dependent on me. I want you to heal and grow and graduate and i'll still be there if you need me in the future. I want you to become secure and confident so you can be independent. ​​
